Pay for either an individual session for £6 or save money and book one of our Plans for £20 per calendar month, payable the first week of each month If you wish to use the monthly Plan, when you see the session preference, change from Pay Now, to Buy a Plan. then go through the checkout Our VERVE Astros classes are unique to many other martial arts programs in that they are built on more than just kicking and punching, they are built on developing fundamental but super valuable skills including – • Balance • Co-ordination • Flexibility • Strength But also life skills such as – • Confidence • Self-esteem • Teamwork • Developing friendships • Communication skills • Goal setting and more
