I have over 42 years of experience in martial arts

I hold a junior 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate that I gained aged 12.

I have undertaken several other martial arts over the years including, Judo, Jui Jitsu and Kickboxing

I have been a Paramedic since 1997 When I was in the Royal Navy and served with the Royal Marines. I have Progressed to become an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine and General Practice, obtaining a Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practice

I am Currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton 3 days per week, an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for the GP out of hours service one day per week, and I instruct Martial Arts twice per week with a plan to add a third day.

I have served in the Army reserves and the Special Constabulary

I have a passion for Martial Arts, Diving and Motorcycles. I am a qualified Advanced Driver and Advanced Motorcyclist
